Blair Grabinsky is Vice President, IA Strategic Advisory & Growth at Integrated Advisory. He describes himself as a catalyst, builder, and performer, with a focus on helping firms expand their potential through meaningful, client-centred relationships.

Blair has sold services and solutions across multiple sectors in Canada, working with founders and C-suite leaders through shared experiences and trusted relationships. Over the last eight years, he developed EY’s capability to cross-sell services to clients by coaching Partners, often CPAs, on business development habits that drive relationships and results.

His career has included being part of a 60-person start-up and developing programs at the University of British Columbia. He was drawn to the intersection of sales, building a business, and creating something of value where nothing existed before.

One career accomplishment Blair is particularly proud of is becoming one of three facilitators in Canada certified on EY’s global training curriculum to deliver training at the Global Conference for newly promoted Directors.

Outside of work, Blair enjoys hiking. He has also served on a board for a not-for-profit organization and mentored young entrepreneurs.
