If David built the vision, Sophie built the infrastructure that makes it deliverable. Over 15 years at WealthCo, she has been the architect of the client experience standards, the advisor development framework, and the compliance structure that allows CPA firms to participate in integrated advisory services with confidence — without needing to become a financial services firm to do it. 

In her IAN role, Sophie sets and upholds the network’s standards for member firm performance. She works directly with incoming CPA partners through onboarding, leads the ongoing training that keeps member teams sharp, and is not shy about raising the bar when the model isn’t being delivered at the level it should be. 

She is practical, direct, and deeply committed to what good integrated advice looks like on the ground. Most CPA partners who join the network find her the most valuable ongoing relationship they have with the IAN team.
